1. Non-Refundable Services
At MNLDrip, we provide personalized health and wellness services, such as intravenous (IV) therapy and hydration treatments. These services are non-refundable once administered. Once you book an appointment and payment is received, the service is considered confirmed, and no refunds will be issued if the service is completed or if you simply change your mind.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans may change. To ensure fairness for both our clients and our staff, please note the following cancellation and rescheduling policies:

Cancellations: You may cancel your appointment without penalty up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost will be charged.

No-shows (failure to show up without prior notice) will result in a charge for the full service price.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours before the scheduled time without any additional charges. After this window, a rescheduling fee of 10% of the total service cost will apply.
3. Exceptional Circumstances Refunds
In the rare event that an exceptional situation arises, we may consider a refund in the following circumstances:

If we are unable to provide the service you booked due to unforeseen circumstances such as medical staff unavailability or equipment failure.

If you experience a severe reaction to a treatment that was administered by MNLDrip (though we take all necessary precautions to minimize such occurrences).
If you believe that your case qualifies for an exception, please reach out to us with your request, including supporting details, and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you purchased any products (e.g., supplements or IV kits) from our website or clinic and they are damaged or defective upon receipt, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. After this time, we are unable to accept returns or offer a refund.
- If your product is eligible for a return, we will issue a refund or replacement upon receiving the returned item.
Please note: We do not accept returns or provide refunds on opened or used products, including but not limited to supplements, vitamins, and hydration kits.
